كين: مكارثي اتهمني

أوضح قائد مان يونايتد روي كين بأنه كان سيشارك مع منتخب ايرلندا في نهائيات كأس العالم 2002 في كوريا الجنوبية واليابان لو لم يتهمه المدرب ميك مكارثي بادعاء الاصابة. وكان كين انسحب من منتخب ايرلندا خلال الاستعدادات لكأس العالم في مايو الماضي بعد خلاف مع المدرب مكارثي حول أماكن التدريب الا ان اللاعب يصر على ان المدرب نصب له فخا للتخلص منه لأنه لا يريد وجود من يعارضه أو يناقشه في الفريق، وفي مقابلة نشرتها صحيفة تايمز قال كين ان الناس تحدثوا عن الخلافات بينه وبين المدرب حول الملاعب لكن كان من الممكن لي ان العب في كأس العالم رغم كل ذلك لو لم يتهمني مكارثي بادعاء الاصابة. واضاف كين قوله الأمر بسيط جدا، فقد ادلوا لي بجزرة والتقطت أنا الطعم.
